Vendor Terms

These Terms apply to vendors, resellers, and partners using SharmaLabels API Platform. Acceptance By registering as a vendor, you agree to these Terms. Eligibility Vendors must be legally registered businesses in India or their respective jurisdiction. Services Vendors may access white-label or reseller messaging solutions subject to compliance approval. Vendor Responsibilities Vendors agree to: • Maintain accurate client records • Ensure end-user consent collection • Comply with Meta and Indian legal regulations • Avoid spamming or prohibited content Payment Obligations Vendors must settle invoices within agreed timelines. Non-payment may result in service suspension. Compliance Enforcement We reserve the right to suspend vendor accounts for misuse or policy violations. Intellectual Property Platform infrastructure and software remain our property. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for vendor misuse of the platform.
