Products and Services
Sharma Labels manufactures and supplies customized UV DTF Stickers and EP Metal Stickers. All products are made according to specifications provided by the customer.
Customization details including size, finish, color, adhesive type, and artwork must be clearly approved before production begins.
Order Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed only after:
• Final artwork approval
• Written confirmation (email/WhatsApp)
• Advance payment (if applicable)
Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.
Applicable GST will be charged as per Indian tax regulations.
Full or partial advance payment may be required before production.
Failure to complete payment may result in order hold or cancellation.
Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, brand names, or artwork provided for printing.
Sharma Labels is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from client-submitted designs.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, brand misuse, or business damages arising from product usage.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
