If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Indian law. Services Provided SharmaLabels API Platform provides WhatsApp messaging and automation tools including: • Bulk messaging • Chat automation • Campaign management • Performance tracking All services are subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies. User Responsibilities You agree to: • Provide accurate registration information • Comply with all applicable laws • Obtain valid opt-in consent before sending WhatsApp messages • Avoid spam, harassment, fraud, or deceptive marketing Account Security You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and API keys. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access. Payments and Refunds Users must pay all applicable service charges on time. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Compliance with Meta Policies Users must strictly comply with Meta’s policies. Any suspension or restriction imposed by Meta is outside our control. Intellectual Property All platform software, branding, and materials remain our property. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or non-payment. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Gujarat, India.
